Nature itself has dedicated Liodden to a
campsite
,
located
along the river
Hallingdalselva, at the opposite side of the main road RV 7 between Oslo and Bergen. If you want a quiet place and love nice nature, this is
where you should spend some time.
The campsite is open
from may to october
. There are eight cabins and about a hundred places for caravans, campers or tents. Electricity is available.
Stay four days, and get the fifth free!
Cabins included, but not in July and 1. week of August.

e nearest village is Nesbyen, seven kilometres north, known as the warmest place in Norway.

Cabins
There is eight identical cabins with five beds in each. One of them is a double bed.
Activities
Fishing along the campground is free for our guests. It is good conditions for all kinds of water sports, because the river is floating wide and slowly along the campsite. It is also excellent conditions for swimming. There are several playing devices for children.
Booking/reception
Liodden Camping is based on a
self service
system, where you can check in and pay . The information is open from 8.00 PM. Payment by card is possible when the information is open.

The bathrooms
The bathrooms and common rooms holds a good standard, and have sufficient capacity.
Tours
Liodden Camping is an excellent place to stay if you want to go to the surrounding mountains. It is also a short distance to
Vassfaret bjørnepark
, and
Langedrag nature park
. If you love animals and nature, you will enjoy visiting these places.
Garnås meteorite area is located only fifteen minutes driving from Liodden Camping. This special geological area is unique in the whole world. For more information, contact
